In Calibrated, I work at the level most coaches never reach. I listen to what you say, what you don't say, and what your energy is doing when your words are trying to sound fine. I read the shift in your tone when you hit the edge of a pattern. I notice what you gloss over. I catch what your conscious mind is trying to hide from both of us.
And then I pull it to the surface and we dismantle it in real time.

I respond Monday to Thursday between 12 and 4pm EST. Not always same day, and that's by design. The discomfort of sitting with something briefly before it's addressed is part of the work.
